Proxy Info & Inquiry

About:

Our proxy service is for sourcing new or second hand items / brands not currently listed on our website. We can also access marketplaces such as Yahoo Auction, Mercari, etc.

For brands that we already stock (Sanrio, Starbucks JP, Nintendo) etc, please place an order through our regular online store. If you want a currently available item from one of our listed brands, but you can't find it listed on our website, please send us an email, and we will add it.

Fee:

For orders up to $100, our fee is $35 for online orders or $65 for items that require us to purchase in person.

For orders $100-$500, our fee is $55 for online orders or $85 for in person purchases.

For orders higher than this, please contact us for details.

Flow of purchase:

  • You contact us with your request
  • We provide a quote for the item cost, including our fee
  • We upload your order to our 'dedicated order' page, and you checkout
  • We purchase the items, package and weigh them, and get back to you with shipping options and prices
  • We add shipping invoice to your order and you pay for it
  • Your package is posted and we provide tracking details

 

Things to include in your inquiry email:

  • The brand / item name, a photo, or a link to the product if possible. 
  • Your country

For in person requests:

  • As much information as possible if its a pop up event - name of event or link to the website which details dates, etc 
  • Store / brand / product name  
  • Any website links or photos to help us identify the item

 

Things to note:

  • If you are ordering from the store AND also placing a proxy order, please use code: PROXY2025 on the online store during checkout, so you dont get charged for shipping twice. Your combined shipping quote will be emailed to you directly. 

  • For in person items that require: a significant amount of time, reservations, long travel, queueing, visiting multiple stores etc, extra charges will apply. Please contact us with your specific requests and we will provide a full breakdown.
  • If you have paid for an item but it has sold out, cannot be bought etc, you will receive a full refund.
  • We will do our best to provide an estimated shipping quote at the time of inquiry, but please be aware that shipping is weight based and may not be completely accurate until we have the items on hand and can check.
  • If you place a proxy order as well as an online order via our store, we will combine shipping unless you specifically request otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or decline any requests.
