Other than this small collection, all items require in-park pick-up, and will be shipped after our scheduled pick-up days.

Q: What if i a place a Disney order and my item(s) sells out?

Don't worry! You will receive a full refund for the items that are not available. If you are ordering multiple items, and there are some that are sold out, we will continue to purchase everything else available. No cancellations.

 

Q: What about your other items? Are they all legit too?

All of our items are 100% authentic and purchased only from official brands.

 

Q: What shipping do you use? How long does shipping take? Is it insured?

Our options are Japan Post EMS or tracked airmail. Airmail is cheaper and available for orders 2kg or lower. For orders over 2kg, only EMS is available. You can expect airmail to arrive in 10-14 days, and EMS in 3-7 days.  

For EMS shipments, coverage is included up to ¥20,000. For Small Packets (Airmail), coverage is up to ¥6,000. (This coverage applies only if the shipping company acknowledges responsibility (for instance, in cases where items arrive damaged or missing). If you wish to have shipping with insurance coverage exceeding ¥20,000, please contact us before making your purchase.

 

Q: What if i place both a proxy and online store order?

We will ship your whole order together and combine shipping unless specifically requested by you. Please use code: PROXY2025 on the online store checkout so you don't get charged for shipping twice. Your combined shipping quote will be emailed to you directly. If you are ONLY ordering from the online store, this code does not apply to you. 

Q: Will i need to pay import tax or customs?

Possibly. Any fees such as these are the buyers responsibility, please check the customs and tax regulations in your country.

 

Q: Are all of your products on hand?

Some of them are! But most of the time we purchase the item after receiving orders. Stock levels change often, so sometimes the item you bought may be out of stock. In this case we will refund you.

Q: How long will it take for my order to be processed?

Turnaround time for disney store and non-disney orders are 7-12 days. For disney parks, please check the pick up date. After the pick up date if your entire order is on hand, we will generally ship within 1-5 days. if you buy ONLY disneyland items (not including popcorn buckets or disneysea merch) then processing is generally quicker.
