Q: What if i a place a Disney order and my item(s) sells out?

Don't worry! You will receive a full refund for the items that are not available. If you are ordering multiple items, and there are some that are sold out, we will continue to purchase everything else available. No cancellations. 

Q: What shipping do you use? How long does shipping take? Is it insured?

Our options are Japan Post EMS or tracked airmail. Airmail is cheaper and available for orders 2kg or lower. For orders over 2kg, only EMS is available. You can expect airmail to arrive in 10-14 days, and EMS in 3-7 days. 

Q: Tracking has stopped updating. Where is my package?

Once your package has arrived in your country, we suggest switching from using the Japan Post tracking website to your local courier for more detailed information. For example: UK address - Royal Mail / Parcel Force. For USA - USPS. Here you will also see if your package is being held for any reason (failed delivery attempt) or requires customs payment before arriving to you. 

  • If your package has been sent back to us because of such reasons, you will not be refunded for the product. Should you want us to resend your package, please contact us and we will invoice you for shipping once we have the package on hand.
  • I can only see the same tracking information as you, so please check this info + contact your local postal service if necessary before contacting us. 

Q: My package arrived damaged! Can i have a refund?

We spend lots of time preparing your orders to ensure that they are securely packed with bubble wrap, paper, and air cushioning. Once the package has shipped, We are not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping.

Q: Will i need to pay customs / import taxes? 

Possibly. Any fees such as these are the buyers responsibility, please check the customs and tax regulations in your country.

Q: Are all of your products on hand?

Please see our 'on hand, ready to ship' category for products on hand. Other than this, all products are paid for after we receive orders. 

Q: I ordered a preorder & non preorder item. When will my package ship?

Your order will be shipped after the preorder release date. If you don't want to wait, please place 2 separate orders.

Q: How long will it take to process my order?

Turnaround time for Disney Store and non-Disney orders are 7-12 days. For Disney Parks, please check the pick up date. After the pick up date if your entire order is on hand, we will generally ship within 1-7 days. if you buy ONLY Disneyland items (not including popcorn buckets or Disneysea merch) then processing is generally quicker.
