After a trip to Japan, I had some items that I needed to have shipped back to the US. I received friendly and frequent communication about the entire process and received all of my items in a timely manner. I put a lot of trust in a person that I did not know anything about and thankfully had a really amazing experience! Will definitely use again in the future!

I am so appreciative to have found a service that could help me with my overseas purchases. I visited Laforet Mall in Shinjuku and went to some shops that I loved but didn’t have enough time to really look around and get everything I wanted so when I got back to the U. S. I kept thinking about some of the clothing I really wanted and then found this service and told her the stores I went to and the clothing I wanted and she really delivered. I was able to get just about everything I wanted and she also gave me suggestions on other things I might like based on my preferences which I got as well since some things were sold out. I thought the price of the service was more than fair as getting everything streamlined at once saved me on what could have been several hefty shipping fees. I would def order through her again since I know I can trust the service.
